Our Story

In 1997, after 17 years in the technology sector, including a decade with the United States Army Information Systems Command, Andre left Virginia to continue his IT career in Florida. The first town he truly came to love was Plant City. Andre spent the next four years in the Plant City area before moving to Tampa, where he met his best friend and business partner, Allen Berrebbi. Their shared passion for technology led to the formation of their first highly successful managed services company and production studio, Complete Network Services & Shogun Studios.

CNS focused on the business side of managed services. When Jessica Frier decided to pursue her passion for art, Allen immediately thought of Andre as a great fit for Blue Thumb. After a brief introduction, Jessie was convinced that Andre was the right person to continue the Blue Thumb legacy of outstanding customer service in Plant City. One year later, Blue Thumb continues to thrive thanks to its dedicated customers and commitment to serving the community by providing both business and residential services to the Plant City area.

We strive to treat our customers with the respect and support they deserve, as they are our lifeblood. We are grateful and thankful for them and feel blessed to have this opportunity. We will continue to grow our services and support the community.
