Do I need An Appointment To Get My Computer Fixed?
No, actually you can bring in your computer anytime between 10-5PM for repairs. We charge a flat $35.00 Standard Diagnostic Fee which is applied to your repair if you decide to fix it with us. Please allow a minimum of 24-72 hours for a full and thorough diagnosis. We will Contact You by Email and Text.Â
Do You Provide an Estimate Before Working on My Computer?
Yes we will email text and call you with an estimate on your repairs. If you decide to move forward with the repair, you will be asked to pay for the part in advance. You can pay for the labor upon satisfactory completion of the repair.Â
What is the typical Turn Around Time for a Repair?
Some repairs are more complex than others and we pride ourselves on being thorough. While some repairs take a couple of days, some may take longer due to the complexity of the diagnostic. You should be prepared for a minimum of four days and a maximum of 14 days due to parts suppliers and supply chain issues. Rest assured we put in parts the day we recieve them, and do not want to delay your repair. You can also check to see if we have a loaner if needed.
Do You Warranty Your Work?
ABSOLUTELY. We offer a 60 day warranty and satisfaction gaurantee. If you are not satisfied with the work, we will make any adjustments or additional repairs for free as long as they are related to the original issue. We are ot responsible for component failures that were not reported or diagnosed when the equipment was bought in.Â
Do You Work Remotely?
We can provide both remote and onsite support for our residential customers whne the need arises. These services are provided based on a first come first serve basis at our descretion.Â
